When will I receive my order?
Most cards take 1-3 business days to process before shipping.
If the processing time is longer, the timeframe will be included with the information on the individual card page.   Orders shipped by our Standard Shipping method should arrive within 3-4 days of the shipment date.  Orders shipped by 2 Day Air will arrive in 2 business days.  Next Day shipping is available for some locations and orders shipped by Next Day Air will arrive in 1 business day.

What is considered a business day?
Our business days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Central time. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday begin processing on or before Monday and orders placed after 5:00 p.m. begin processing the next business day. Holidays are not business days, and do not count toward the processing time of your order.

How many lines can be printed on a card?
Our cards are custom printed with the wording that you choose.  We can adjust the size of the text to fit, however to make the card most attractive and easy to read, you should follow the example shown on the sample card. We can usually fit 1 or 2 extra lines on your card, but you should be aware that the printing will be smaller.

Can I order blank cards?
You may order cards without any printing, but there is no price reduction.  If you would like to order blank cards, just make a note in the comments section. 

Can I choose to have my invitation printed in a color other than what is shown?
In order to match or coordinate the text color for each individual card design, our order form allows the choice of either the print color shown or black printing..  In many cases, other corresponding colors can be used, and you are welcome to check with us to see if your choice is possible.  Our email address is WeddingInvitations@TinyTidings.com. 

May I receive a sample of the card we are considering?
If you would like one sample of the invitation you are considering, please email us at WeddingInvitations@TinyTidings.com and we will be happy to send it at no charge.  If you would like several samples, please call us at (816) 769-4423 to check the availability and sample prices.

May I view an email proof of my invitation before it is printed?
Yes, in fact we recommend that you request a FREE email proof with any wedding invitation.  You may double check the spelling and word placement before we print the invitation.  All changes in wording, text layout and quantity must be made before we receive your approval.  Once we receive the approval of the proof, no further changes or cancellations can be made. 

What quality of paper is used for the invitations?
Most of the invitations are printed on 80 pound card stock.  Information about the paper weight and type can be found on the information page for each individual design.  If you are not familiar with the various weights commonly uses, we encourage you to request a sample before you place your order.

Do you have additional card designs and themes that are not shown online? Yes.  We have designs for many colors, flowers and themes that have not yet been added to our online catalog.  Save-the-date cards, shower invitations, and rehearsal dinner invitations are also available to match most of the invitations.  If you do not see what you are looking for, just ask.

Are double envelopes and tissues available for wedding invitations?
Most of the designs shown include only single envelopes.
If double envelopes or tissues are included, the information
will be included with the card information on the individual card page.  Double envelopes and tissues can be specially ordered in most cases, so please call our customer service number to inquire about the availability.

Do you ship to locations outside of the United States?
Unfortunately, due to excessive shipping charges and difficulty in tracking packages, we no longer ship to most countries outside of the United States.  If you would like for an order to be shipped to Canada or a territory of the United States, you may contact one of our order consultants at (816) 769-4423.  Please note that an additional shipping charge may apply for Canadian  shipments.
